“ Another restaurant by the famous Ukai group. Located in Ginza. The foods ae amazing here with new flavors and surprises. Sevice is of high level and ambience is high class. Highly recommended ”
“ Incredible food. The chef menu was delicious, even if it came with some items we never knew existed. The presentation and preparation is to be admired, they are meticulous with everything they do. The service was very good, friendly and attentive with very nice wine and amazing sake. Its nice that the restaurant was busy but not over capacitated. Yes it comes with a very high price tag, but you know that before you book. Get your hotel to book in advance as I believe is very popular with the local business weathly crowd. If you can afford it, then it is a lovely place to go. ”
“ MAR 2024 Made a reservation for lunch and was seated at the counter with full view of the open kitchen. The course started with the chef showcasing the ingredients which will be used for the dishes; the wagyu was beautifully marbled and I've learnt from the staff that the giant yellow fruit is known as Banpeiyu; the largest pomelo fruit which is grown in Japan. The course includes an appetizer (wagyu tartare on rice), stewed dish (soft wagyu mince wrapped in sweet cabbage, topped with bacon), seasonal assortment box, clear dashi soup (with clam, bamboo shoots and seaweed), charcoal grilled wagyu sirloin, and your choice of the final dish (I had the wagyu beef bowl). All the dishes were delicious; the meat cabbage roll as well as the clear dashi soup were warm and hearty; assortment box has a nice variety of seafood such as chilled prawn paired with refreshing pomelo citrus, shirasu fish tempura and grilled salmon; and a good amount of wagyu towards the end with the charcoal grilled steak cooked perfectly tender with a nice crust and the wagyu rice bowl served with miso soup and pickles. Once you finish the main dishes, they will relocate you to another counter; dessert includes vanilla ice cream drizzled with honey as well as a freshly made dorayaki filled with kuromame (sweetened black soybeans) and cream, both were very tasty, especially the dorayaki which was crispy on the edges. Overall it was a great dining experience, the lunch price was good considering the quality and amount of food in the course, and all the chefs and staffs were friendly, attentive and hospitable. ”
“ I still think about their dorayaki…. Every dish took advantage of the seasons best offers. Very pleasant dining experience. Can’t wait to come back again someday! ”
“ Absolutely fabulous multi-course dinner. I had the meal counter-side and could watch the chefs prepare it. The food was delicious and the whole affair was a truly unique experience. I would recommend it without a second thought, and I would love to go again. ”
“ Incredible food, drinks and service! The beef dishes especially were divine. We'll be back on our next trip to Tokyo ”
“ Cannot recommend more! Delicious food, homely service, comfortable environment. Worth the price tag if you can afford it. We saved for this! ”
“ Phenomenal experience at a top tier establishment. Watching the talented team work was a pleasure in its own right. The food was eye opening on every course. ”
